Refund and Return Policy for Stalking Tail LLC

Thank you for shopping with Stalking Tail LLC. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a refund and return policy as outlined below.
1. Returns:
1.1 You may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged product purchased from Stalking Tail LLC within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
1.2 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@stalkingtail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
1.3 The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

2. Refunds:
2.1 Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
